- Q: What primary agro commodities do you export?A: We specialize in non-basmati rice (IR 64 Parboiled, Swarna, 100% Broken), white refined sugar (ICUMSA 45), raw sugar, and select Indian spices.
- Q: Do you provide third-party quality inspection?A: Yes. We welcome and facilitate pre-shipment quality, quantity, and weight inspection via internationally recognized agencies such as SGS, Geo-Chem, or Cotecna at the port of loading.
2. Orders, MOQ & Packaging
- Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?A: Our standard MOQ is 1 x 20ft FCL (approx. 25 to 26 Metric Tons), depending on commodity and destination port regulations.
- Q: What packaging options do you offer?A: We supply cargo in standard 25 kg and 50 kg PP/Jute export-grade bags. Customized private labeling and buyer branding are available upon request.
3. Shipping & Payment Terms
- Q: Which Incoterms do you support?A: We primarily work on FOB (JNPT Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai Port) as well as CIF / CFR to any major global seaport.
- Q: What are your accepted payment terms?A: Standard terms are 30% to 50% advance via T/T wire transfer, with the remaining balance against scanned BL documents, or 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) from a prime international bank.
4. Export Documentation & Compliance
- Q: What export documents accompany each shipment?A: Every consignment includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Clean On-Board Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Certificate of Quality/Weight (SGS/Geo-Chem).
